The Motel is adjacent to the beautiful Dunedin Botanic Gardens and just a 5 minute walk from the University of Otago and only 10 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium.
Our 30 modern units, ranging from suites up to a three-bedroom apartment, are warm and welcoming for families
and sporting/friend groups. Most units have heat pumps and all have free, unlimited fast Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

Studio Motel Accommodation
Perfect accommodation for somewhere to relax for a night or two. Our studio rooms feature a king or queen bed in the living area, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, tea & coffee and breakfast making facilities.
Suite (Corporate Suites)
Relax in total comfort in a suite, with a king bed and single bed in a large living area. There is a large work bench area that carries through into an open plan but separate kitchen area featuring a microwave, tea & coffee and breakfast making facilities.
One Bedroom
We offer a range of one bedroom units to suit your accommodation needs. Our one bedroom family units contain a queen bed in the living area and two singles in the bedroom. Alternatively, you can request the king in the living area and two single beds in the bedroom which is perfect for those travelling with young children.
Two Bedroom
Our two bedroom units are ideal accommodation options for families or groups. They have spacious living areas with plenty of room for everyone and a full kitchen. These units can sleep 4 to 6 guests all in their own beds.
3 Bedroom Apartment
The ultimate accommodation space for a larger family or group. Our 3 bedroom apartment offers space and comfort as your home away from home. Featuring 3 separate sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms, a large living area, dining area and full kitchen. The apartment can sleep 6 to 8 guests comfortably.
Compact Studio
These compact studio rooms are perfect for the budget conscious or solo traveller. They have either a double or queen sized bed, situated upstairs and possibly roadside. Maximum capacity 2 guests. Room includes ensuite bathroom with a kitchenette (microwave, tea and coffee making facilities).
